I think it's a very good idea to log your cheats. I know I got way too carried away with it after my show because I wasn't holding myself accountable to all the crap I shoved in my mouth. Have a slice of pizza for me!!

Hey QT, to celebrate your "pigging out" and success, I just had fried chicken, mashed taters and topped it off with bbq chips and a 1/2 can of coke.

Ok so I did hit the gym tonight back and bies. It was a good workout still love watching myself lift in this shape lol so vain but true. I did take it easy and hold back but it was hard I wanted to go full balls to the walls but I know better then that.

Warm ups
rack chins 14 x 3
hypers 16 x 3
Worktime
Deadlifts 135 x 12, 185 x 10, 205 x 8
hammer behind the neck pulldowns 140 x 8 x3
bent db row 55 x 10 x 3
hammer curls 30 x 8 x 3
ez curl bb 50 x 12 x 3
db pin wheel curls 1 set a side to falirue 15lbs

Oh and I just polished off 18 pieces of sushi 6 calamire, 6 philly, 6 black dragon and ice green tea, now I am sipping on a glass of red wine. :p
