it is real chicken. About 46g protein in a footlong chicken

Cool good to know... Doesn't taste bad but the texture is real soft like it's processed or somthing? What's chicken with rib meat? I see it in the store but don't mess with it, jus wondering if that's what they use

its all processed garbage. the chicken was some chicken with fillers and flavoring. there is usually an added protein in this mix that is usually soy but not always. you gotta do what you gotta do. it wont kill you to eat the crap once in a while.

when i have to eat on the go i go to a convenience store and get a fresh greens salad and a few of those 2 packs of hard boiled eggs and a bottle of milk. no dressing and i just eat it with my fingers as i drive.

their web site does not show a full ingredients list. what it does show is that an ingredient in the chicken is soy beans. this is a filler and makes up a bit of its protein depending on how much they use. trust me its just like lunch meat.

Get a Bakun Chicken Ranch and double up on the meat (you should have 4 slabs of chicken in there)

Its the best Fast food you can get so I would get it in a second if I was on travel

chicken can be processed while it is still in tact. when chicken has ingredients it is processed. some are processed more than others but when ingredients such as soybeans and hydrolyzed proteins are in checken im calling it junk.

a lot of restraunts do it. they get chicken still atached to the bone that is from undersized bad chickens. they fill them up with a solution to add mass, taste and protein to it. they use fillers like soy beans and protein.

i dont consider this to be real chicken. it may be better than an order of mcnuggets but it isnt even close to buying raw non processed chicken and cooking it yourself.
