When I sit at my desk debugging/coding for a long time, my lats get tense and very sore. This is a daily thing.
I've worked out one way to get the blood flowing in there again is doing light bent over rows (think AR-like activity - my officemates find this interesting
) - I would like the stretch these muscles too though. Planning on bringing the swiss ball in to sit on as well.
Anyone know a safe stretch that targets the lats? As I have tried a number of yoga positions and they don't appear to work.
