To stretch your elbow u have to stretch all the tendons conecting to it. Stretch your tris bis and forarms. Tris and bis are easy to stetch for sure but forearms may be a little more complex. Arm stretched hands facing down turn your hand a bit outward and try and touch your fingers to your forarm. Hold for 20 seconds let go. Palms facing up try and touch your fingers to the your arm by extending backward as in letting something slip off your hand. Use the other hand to pull fingers back to stretch furthar. Hold 20 seconds. 3 X. When starting an exercise use light weight to warm up. Good luck
