Yes bro...I am going to have them taken this weekend, I will have my wife take my measurements too as well. This weekend is to get everything else ready like making several batches of my calorie dense natural organic protein bars, Costco run for all my chicken, tuna, turkey, meat, etc, and organize everything. I will make the most of this for sure, and make sure I am killing it every minute, every hour, of every day!!!
 
Alright, we have 2 days until blast off here...and I am beyond excited, and just a little apprehensive to be honest. I just want everything to be perfect as to one of my faults...I am a perfectionist. I just want everything to go according to my plan and to remain healthy through the entire cycle and beyond!!!

I do have my family to keep in mind through all of this and cannot and have given up my right to be reckless in my life. Which is why my cycle has so much health and support supplements infused within it...daddy wants this for himself but not at the expense of my little girl whom I love and live for everyday! As I am her hero, and she is mine! I am not forgetting my beautiful wife either, as she is my rock and biggest fan next to daddy's little girl, but my girls are the reason I live and breathe everyday!

I know my brothers here have my back, and will follow me and slap me when needed if I start to get out of focus, and I will do my best to make all of you proud here...all of you who are and will be following...you are my family as well!!!

Damn this is going to be fun!!! I was just looking at some photos of my last competiton that other day and seeing what I need to improve on, and there is a lot of improvement needed. For the next 16 weeks, no vacations, no slacking off, no excuses!!!

So I just wanted to post my revised and FINAL cycle with all the modifications made since I started this thread...and as have said before, thank you to all my bros who have helped design this cycle to where it is today!


On cycle Support Supplements:

1-16 N2 Guard (7 caps ED split dose throughout day…take first dose 2- 3 hours after T-bol & Anavar)
1-16 Forged Liver (Recommended dose throughout cycle for extra liver protection)...front loading 525mg of Milk Thistle ED for 2 weeks prior to cycle and will supplement with both during orals.
1-16 Forged Joint Repair (2 caps ED morn/even)
1-16 Krill (2 caps ED split dose morn/even…with meals)
1-16 Fish Oil (6-8 caps ED split dose morn/even…with meals)
1-6, 11-15 HCGenerate (5 caps ED split dose 3 caps morn/2 caps evening)
1-16 Creatine Nitrate (8 caps ED, 4 pre/post workout)

Alright, making another quick tweak...a bro of mine mentioned to me there is such thing as too much of a good thing (GJ)...too much Milk Thistle will hinder the effects of the orals and that N2 Guard will be sufficient enough...which I knew, but was just wanting to play if a little safer, but not at the expense of losing effectiveness of my cycle. So removing Forged Liver from cycle and moving it to PCT and Bridge...So this will be my cycle support supplement regimen. Anything else I am overlooking? I guess I am being too healthy and safe lol!!!

how do you like EQ bro? do you get hungry from it right away, or does that come a bit later because of the longer ester? i wanna try it, but i really hate long esters and i cant get boldenone ace anymore... i been meaning to ask that for a while....

I know bro...I have started, and will log the past 3 days today/tonight...my daughter started back to school this week and it has been a difficult transition for her...she is having a bit of separation anxiety the last few days...I have been taking care of her in the evenings, reading her books at bedtime, and falling asleep with her lol. I did begin Monday, and will get my updates done and get this party going...tell you two quick things for sure:

1) The gear is legit! Clean and smooth, no discomfort, solid as any! Loving the feeling thus far...and knowing it really hasn't hit completely yet...the muscle fullness and pumps that stay all day have been great!

2) Did I mention the gear??? Lol...I will be back in a bit and thank you Rick for kicking me in the ass!

Today was the first day of the cycle!!! Excitement, apprehension, giddy like a kid at Christmas who has waited to open his presents under the tree for a month (actually longer than that lol!). I am a fortunate man to have a wife who pins me, basically because she likes to feel she is a part of the whole thing and involved…so I show her and tell her everything I do.

So first thing this morning we loaded up the pins with all the beautiful gear and she pinned the Cyp and EQ into my right glute, then pinned the Prop into my right delt. Let me just say…it was so smooth! I actually asked if she had pinned me she was so gentle…she has not lost her touch after 5 years! I was a little apprehensive about the Prop, but same…smooth with NO discomfort what so ever! All went very well for Day #1.

It was my little girls first day back to school…1st grade, time is flying by! So I took her to school since my wife has to work at 7 am on Mondays, and then hit the gym afterwards. My day was quite busy due to running errands after the gym, picking up my girl from school, shopping for produce and incidentals for her back to school, her swim lessons, dinner, and I really tried to sit down and start my log, but my little girl had a rough first day back at school…missed mommy and daddy…so I read her a book for bedtime, and fell asleep with her lol. My meals suffered today, and I know I am going to have to make some modifications along the way. Now you probably noticed I stopped IF…well, just took a break from it to see how my body will react, but am not liking the bloated feeling in my belly from eating every 3 hours so may switch back!

Today was the first workout with my new training partner, had to show him the ropes a little bit. I didn’t want to intimidate him too much lol, so I kind of went about 80-90% on my weights and was showing him proper form and coaching him a bit. I felt really good, pretty strong, and kind of euphoric. Overall I felt great all day, was buried at work…but better to be busy than not at all.

He is right, just been so busy this week with my little girl starting back to school that I just wanted to get something in my system.

Yeah I try and limit my shakes to one in the morning, one post workout and one at bedtime, and get the rest of my protein from whole foods. I do have to throw in another one or two sometimes when I get so busy I can't eat like i want.

Routine is key tho bro!

I had my training partner take a couple photos of me...disappointing to say the least, but have to start from looking like crap to looking phenomenal right?

Yeah...exactly how I felt the past few days, and I kind of figured that was the reason...because coming to the end of my fast now and even though I am starving, my mood and energy levels are awesome and feel like I could kill anything in my way! Maybe should remain by myself until I eat huh?

No, the pictures are that bad lol! Lost my abs, and look like a bloated water buffalo! Lets see what next week will bring being back on IF lol!

Mood/Feeling: This morning I was feeling better, my training went really well, and my shoulders were fried when completed with the workout. I didn’t feel sluggish, had some really good energy all morning up until the feed time. The past 3 days weren’t right to me, so I went back to IF and it was like night and day! So I will fast for 16 hours (9 pm-1pm) and the feed for 8 hours (1pm-9pm). I need to up my food intake tomorrow, as I don’t believe I hit my target macros today…calculate them after this. I am trying to at least hit 4400 calories, and that will be lean gains of 1 lb. a week. I pinned my Cyp and EQ tonight…actually the wife…and preloaded my Prop for tomorrow morning before the gym. Again my muscle feel hard and dense, a nice pumped feeling all day, back was pretty sore from Wednesday’s workout which is good.

Thanks Columbo...but I have a long way to go! Heading to the gym now for some arms...just pinned my Prop in my delt lol! The Prop I am using is phenomenal, no discomfort, no soreness, nothing! Although I do love the pain and feel on all of this...makes me feel fucking alive you know???
 
I will post my daily log later tonight, but just wanted to say my workout was awesome! Just went in and did Bi's/Tri's and what a pump! My shoulders, back, and chest are still all full and dense from hitting them this week, and finished off upper body today. Tomorrow morning will be legs...can't wait to see my training partners face once we get rolling...he won't be walking for days lol!

At approximately 4:20 pm I got a call for a water main break at our Town Hall complex. That was when my fasting started lol as I had to work my ass off for the rest of the night and into the next morning until 10:20 am. During the evening hours I just basically drank coffee for the rest of the night and into the morning! Working for 18 hours straight and from day to night to day…messes with your head!

See at the top right of the picture where the water is spraying out from the mechanical sleeved tee...nice crack right there in the pipe! We tried to clamp it, modified clamps to make it work...no luck! Had to cut all the pipe out, install new valves, and pipe and tee...fun stuff!!!

Aside from all the excitement, I felt pretty damn good today! Energy levels are up, everything has tightened up pretty damn good. Feeling that Alpha Male feeling for sure lol! I can feel some aggression, and my sex drive is increasing two fold! This gear is definitely good and just finishing week #1 and feeling the way I do…I can’t wait for the coming weeks!!!

Hey goof...that is what we had to replace, we installed 3 brand new 6" Mueller Gate valves, 6x6x6 Flange Tee, Smith Blair couplings, and sorry I did not have a photo of it to show you...but that wasn't a photo of our finished work lmao! Shit been doing what I do for 23 years, funny thing is been lifting for about the same lol...trust me the work we did looks a lot better...that valve and piping was oh I would say close to 70+ years old!

That was a cheat meal bro...my folks were in town for the holiday weekend and we went out to lunch to my daughters and my favorite restaurant on the coast...and they were delicious! Usually have grilled Cod tacos, but the salmon was wild and fresh! Yes, bodybuilder and Public Works (Water, Street, Sewer departments...jack of all trades, master of none lol!) Supervisor...23 years in the trade bro...ready to get out lol! Want to own/run a gym, do something that makes me happy!

Cement lined DI pipe does not get welded dew...it is either push on bell and spigot or mechanical joints...geez that photo was pre-repair, all of that pipe and valve we removed and replaced with new...and a boilermaker??? Really??? I don't think we have that profession where I live lol...except for if you order it from the bar lol! Let me update my thread here tonight and get the attention off of my pipe lol!

Took the day off work to just take my little girl to school and pick her up, train, eat, and chill! I pinned 100mg of Test Prop in my rt quad, and was reminded how those ones felt lol! Smooth as silk, no discomfort from oil, this is my 5th pin of Prop and pretty damn smooth for me. Shoulder training was brutal today, my shoulders were so pumped up that they were painful! In between each set they would be burning so deep, felt awesome…wish that pump lasted all day! Otherwise a good day, feeling Alpha Male!

Feeling good, strength is slowly increasing…it is only week #2 lol, and just very driven for this. I pinned prop yesterday in my rt quad, and it is a bit sore today…has been 5 years since they have felt a pin. Chest training was decent I was running late this morning so the workout was cut a bit short, so just chest was done. Will have to make up some muscles groups missed by the end of the week!

Today I felt ok, I don’t like taking days off the gym because it is hard for me to wake up in the mornings when I don’t train first thing. My right quad where I injected the Test Prop the other day is still a bit sore…I guess it forgot what it feels like to be pinned lol. That was my 5th injection of Prop and all of the other ones went so smooth, so I must have done operator error on this one and moved the pin inside or hit a vein or something…nothing some Ibuprophen and ice won’t handle. Still feeling that muscle fullness, they appear more defined when looking in the mirror, and just that feeling of yeah baby!!!

Last night I also did .5mg of MT2 since I seem to be losing my nice tan, and will do .5mg for a few days and work on darkening back up. So actually wife and I both did same and she also did 2.5mg of tb500, has done wonders for her tendonitis…will be ordering enough for the two of us soon….anyway we went to bed and an hour later I had an erection that would not go away lol! Sorry if that is TMI, but holy shit, had to wake the wife up and she was speechless ;). Starting to get real fun!!!

Today I felt ok, training went really well, the pumps are incredible! Felt like all my muscles were just engorged in blood…and were! My strength seems to be increasing as my lifts are getting somewhat easier and the weight is going up. Once I got to work it was chaotic, not supposed to be for a Friday, but was running around doing inspections, USA’s, checking on my projects, just typical work related duties. By the afternoon I felt like I could take a nap, just didn’t have much energy. When I came home I could have easily laid down in bed and crashed, but instead took a shot of Craze and got on the computer to do some work, update my logs, and try and be productive. I am sipping on the shake I made and it is damn tasty!!! Have to mix it in a blender, and ended up pretty thick, but it is hearty and filling me up for sure!
