GOD and I thought I was the only one that that happens to! hehe I stopped using that machine because it got so bad. I just use the sitting one now.

The seated hits your soleus almost exclusively (the smaller muscle underneath the gastroc.), the standing hits your gastrocnemius mostly, but some soleus...
