stomach pain due to protien supplements

Hi all,
This is my first time posting ever. I have been one of those "club guys" for about two years now but I am interested in building a fortress. I am a full time student and have a full time job, so the gym gets done at about 6:30 pm. I have, over the last 3 months, been ramping up my workouts to intenisty levels Ive never achieved before. I truly love the sport and this is not just a short lived thing for me. I have considered chemicals like anavar and turinabol but have not committed to that just yet. I have also been ramping up my diet and food intake over the last three months. With a little help from amino acids, efa's and protein shakes I have come far. I eat mainly steak and noodles, 4 times a day plus two meals of chicken and green beans. My diet is taking off and with the help of 3 or 4 protein shakes every day I had gained ten pounds in a couple of months. Which I was EXTREMELY happy about. I have always had trouble gaining weight. Anyway, about four weeks ago I started having severe stomach cramps after eating ANYTHING. Or supplementing. The stomach ache would start 45 minutes after eating and last 3-4 hours. The only relief was to lay on my left side (and that didnt help that much). For three weeks I ate soup and yogurt. I took time off from the gym because I had no fuel in me to work out. (It was about a week off from the gym.) I also stopped taking all supplements. Two weeks after
the stomach aches started they went away. Ive been back in the gym and am still trianing hard. I lost seven pounds the week I took off from the gym. Now I only get the stomach aches after I take protien supplements. Therefore I have stopped taking them. I am convinced that the protein supplements were essential to my mass gain. I am still eating like a horse but I am missing that extra hundred grams of protein every day that I got from the supplements. Anyhow, here is my question. What the hell do I do? I am lactose intolerant so I cant take milk based supplements. An essential part of my mass gain was the immediate intake of 50 grams of protein directly after a workout. Now I can not do that. I have been on UN Gold standard whey,Isopure,GNC Mega Isolate and GNC Protein 95. Anybody have any ideas or knowledge that could help me. I need to supplement in order to make gains.
Any advice would help.

Cut your protein shakes down to 2/day. And sip them. Make most of your food / protein come from real food: Chicken, Steak, Tuna. Carbs should be steamed brocholi, brown rice, oatmeal. a little fresh fruit.

no .. u might have problems with your colon .. go get checked out by the doctor ..i was having simiar problems from a high protein/low carb diet and i had a colon infection .. how is your fiber intake?

You might be lactose intolerant ... we naturally only have so much lactase in our system ---> once you run out, youvr run out.

After about 2 years of the bodybuilding style diet (protein + shakes) I became intolerant. I now mix my shakes with water, and the only real dairy I have is yogurt.

Milk and cheese are no no's, and I dont use weight gainers either ... only Isolate or concentrates.

Thanks all.
I have been getting my protien from real food sources of late. I have always had major problems eating broccoli, same is true of bananas. Doubled over stomach cramps.
I will try oatmeal and what not. See if that works.

I take Metamucil every night for fiber. Its good stuff. Are there any other symptoms of infection?

As far as manning up. This shit hurts bro. Im not a puss, I do know that.
