I was wondering if anybody had any info on this.
I'm not sure what's reliable and what's not online.
Specfically wether or not you complete part of the rep, or just unpack it.
How many sets and reps, can you combine it with other lifts. For example can you complete static training on bench then do incline press and triceps.
