My one little cousin has been asking me for a while advice on training/cycle advice and hes 22 been lifting for 3 almost 4 years just with whey protein and your average bs no xplode and other crap, no pro hor's or any of that stuff but I want some true vets opinions is this too young to start or should I tell him its in his favor to or not too. I didnt wanna just rely on my opinion hehe cause i already kno what i would say
