what to start with on leg day?

What is a good way to start my leg day split? I recently started doing split routines from total body workouts. The problem is I’m not sure if I should start out working my calves or should I be working my upper legs. Someone told me I should start on my hamstrings while another guy told me I should work on my weaknesses first. I’m not sure what to do. I’m confused.
 
A lot of people like to start out with squats. This way you are fresh. You don't want to overdo it on your hips.
 
I've always started out with deadlifts or squats. Try some variations of the exercises that would be a good plan.
 
Squats will grow your legs so
Start with squat then leg extension and hamstrings, then calves, this is regular workout,
In another workout, start with isolation first, start with calves, then leg extension and hamstrings, then squat at the end, maybe in this way you will do better at squats because you will have better mind muscle connection
