Bulking fun is over. Seems I'm "pushing maximum density". New diet starting today. Quick stats: I'm 33, 6'1", 225, 13-14%bf. Want to get to 10%, hopefully go from there. Will keep lifting heavy, but up the cardio. I prefer more of a zone diet to the CKDs. This all comes to roughly 3575 cals, 50/25/25.
Here's what I'm doing, any suggestions?
I drink water (mostly) / 1 can diet soda / 20-40oz diet iced tea throughout the day.
8:30: Multivitamin and one ECA pill. 2 cups lowfat cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapple (canned in unsweetened juice.)
11:30: 12 oz chicken (lt and dk meat), 1 cup brown rice, a little soy sauce. (this is a large teri-chicken serving w/o sauce from Yoshi's. I eat about half of the rice.)
2:00: Shake: 60/6/2.
4:30: 2 wheat tortillas and roughly 10oz of tuna mixed with some canola mayo and sweet relish.
6:30: 10-12 egg white shake with a shot of protein powder and two tbspns flax oil.
7:30 - 8:45: workout (10gr L-Glutamine post workout)
9:30: large skinless, boneless chicken breast, seasoned, and some vegs.
