Hey Guys and Gal,

Well, the day has finally arrived. I am back on day schedule at work and starting a new phase of training to be stage ready for the end of November.

So psyched.

Wrapping up AM cardio session as I type. Went well. Hammy didn't give me too much grief.

My challenges:
1. I am inpatient. What I will do about this: listen to my coach and surround myself with people who remind me to focus on what I have to do that day to achieve my goals.

2. Still working with a couple of injuries: will keep putting time into stretching and rehab. Try to stay ahead of the game.

3. Work hours: know when to put my foot down and get enough sleep.

4. The people in my life who want me to be more fun: I have discussed it with them ahead of time and asked for their support. I will discuss it with them again if need be.

5. My more is better mindset: I have a coach to judge my physique. I will stay off the scale and out of the mirror until I need to be there.

Here we go...Wish me luck!!! Comp pics on their way in 15 weeks :D

Omfg... Day from hell followed by evening from hell

BUT

I got all my workout and food in... Soooooo we will call it a win. That's one down, 97 to go. Time is running short. Time for a snooze.

You got it baby. Carry on!

On track. Killing it, frankly.

Getting back to it is brutal (and the worst part is the mirror!) but that will pass... The first couple weeks are always the hardest.

Notes to self:
- No injuries... Injury is a guaranteed derailing. I will listen to my body and not have too much of an ego to lift girlie weights. I am a figure athlete... Not a powerlifter. I will stretch. I will not overuse cardio. I will be strict with my diet so I don't have to. I will sleep. And when it's all done and I have my trophy, I'm having a glass or two of wine, getting a good night sleep and starting my next show prep. Yeah. I'm hooked.
