Well... I know it's probably pussy for aot of you, but I bucked up 265 on Front Squats for 3 reps tonight... I was going for one, but the first one felt pretty good, so I did another... it kinda stuck at the bottom but I just eased it up... and I figured I'd do one more... because.. well fuck it, I was in a squat rack right???
And that one I was spitting out salava on the mirror in front of me...
