Squat and Deadlift Suit

Sergeant

New member
I was just wondering how much more weight are guys able to deadlift and squat with a suit. And do they have to be extemely tight ( 10 to 15 minutes with a helper to get it on ) to achieve any of the benifits or are there guys getting assistance from a suit that can be put on easily?

Well first i will just say i will not post my squat weight anymore. But i will say this my suit is tight as shit. It takes 2 guys only to get it on but it is tight. And from my squat without a suit i would say i get 75lbs not sure exactly but maybe more havent hit a rweal max in my suit yet either. I am very excited about my squat. And i get alot of hip support from it. The one i am reffering to is a inzer hardcore. But i have a z suit i can put on my self and i get alot from it too. Probably 50 or more. I just need good hip supprt and i am ready to squat. The straps actually fuck me up even before i out grew my suit. Just call inzer and whatever size they tell you , you need deduct 1 size from that. As far as strap lenght i am not sure the best way to gauge that. But it iws crucial. So ask around.

Yes i use briefs and they do help. Mine dont help too much there big and look liek a 1940's bikini! But they add alittle bit of help to my hips. Before my next meet i will get the huge ones from frantz. I would say 15lbs out of em. Mainly by just feeling more stable.

Where could I buy the frantz briefs? And thank you for answering all my questions as I have been lifting for years but Power lifting for a whopping 2 months.

I don't think that Frantz has a web site but you can call them at 1-800-537-5532 or 630-892-1491. they can send you a "catalog" in a few days. There briefs are the shit.
