Spring Break Cutting Log

Well it turns out I'm no where NEAR done bulking yet but spring break rolls around in 3 weeks so I'm going to keep track of my crazyiness here.

Current Stats

Height - 5'9
Weight - 170
Bodyfat - 14% (ACK!)

Diet - Im running NcLifter's Quick Fix diet for the next 3 weeks using refeeds w/ ALA once a week.

60 Minutes Low-Intensity Cardio everyday.

Meal 1-4 - 50 Grams Chicken Breast w/ 5g CLA

Supplements:
ECAY stack 3-6x a day
1-AD - Weak (maybe?) Anti-Catabolic..actually just finishing up a couple of bottles.

I'm hoping to keep track of my progress here, regardless of how it turns out I plan to post pics.

Here we go...

good luck my man be shure to chug the hell out of that water. put coolaid mix in it with equal drink it RELIGIOUSLY!!!!!!!! load it up with equal to trick yourself into thinking its like a cheat food you know. YOU MUST load up on the cabbage. steam about a head to two heads of cabbage a day. thats a must. or you can shred the hell out of the cabbage and add ALOT of paprika, it tastes really good, i HIGHLY recommend that!

but i really dont reccommend this diet. this is more like an emergency cutting diet. theres like a 90 percent chance of binging and not even making it through the few weeks on the diet

this is a hard diet, i dont think i will ever do this diet anymore, i just cant handle low carbs, ill do low protien before i do low carbs again.

the water and the cabbage are a must, or else you will binge i garantee you.


doing this diet i could easily get to about 6 percent bodyfat in just 3 weeks, i could loose about 2-3 percent bodyfat per week possibly more with no cheats.

1. After 2 weeks of this, I be leaner which will bring about more lean gains
2. My body will be in a catabolic state and primed for growth.
3. I've done this before and lost mayabe a couple pounds of muscle, once your in a positive nitrogen balance the addition of carbs and fats arent going to do much more.
4. 1-AD with stop any muscle-loss I do see.

Anorexic?...Hardly.

To those asking for the diet, search for Quick Fix under NC's username. Warning: I DONT REcCOMMEND IT AT ALL, and neither does he as you can see. Its a BITCH to stick too and the rebound is probably going to suck (the use of R-ALA will hopefully take care of that..we'll see ).

Day 1:

Started today, not Monday after getting my NYC in the mail. WOW, Im stacking with Keto-Trim (contains U.A.) and all I can is JESUS, I'm hot.

Cardio was a bitch as usual but felt great afterwards. Went 5 hours without any food this morning due to classes but so far, so good.

I've been trying to find a good method for training on this diet, I'm either going to use NC's 3-Reps or Have post-workout carbs with a ton of ALA. Anyway, onward we go...
 
Told you all this diet was a bitch to stick too. Ate freely for a few days after not being able to deal with stress and caloric restriction.

Its been two days and the results have been nothing short of spectacular so far, 4 pack is almost visible now and veins are popping up like crazy.

Plug for AF's NYC too, These last few days have been a breeze as the stuff MURDERS my hunger.

Ended up making this a tkd on training days using ALA/CLA with the carbs.

Thyroid slow-down is worrying me at this point, so Im thinking of using a re-feed at the 4 day mark.

Exactly 1 week left, pulling for 4 more pounds......dreaming of cake :bday: :D
 
Question for Macro if he happens to read this thread, any chance the use of P7 will keep my thyroid functioning or are calories too low? I ordered a bottle to help deal with stress from finals and just read about it being a fat-burner.
