I always hear guys talking about their high school and college athletic days...what about us ladies. I read a lot of post mentioning playing sports as a start to your life in fitness.
I was a tennis player in high school. I was captain of the tennis team my senior year. In college I was on the dance team for the football and basketball games for two years. I believe this foundation of being athletic at a young age has helped me be healthy and active today. (at the young age of 43).
