was curious what you guys thought about the following cycle of sarms
My goal is speed and i am mostly doing 200m and 400m runs around the track
Would like to break some records in the process. I 5'8 and I am 160 lb

College athlete
Did a lot of hurdling in high school now want to focus on just track.
Heard the kids are running lots of GW now, but the garbage causes cancer also i heard. Worth it or nah?
