I'm doing a speed (well maybe more endurance) and strength cycle this summer and so far it seems like running with gear is sweet. I don't have the problems with soreness, shin splints (slight so far), joint pain, etc. that I did when I was 15 years younger and 60-100 lbs lighter. I am currently a week into a 50 mg ed each of test p, npp, eq, and oral turinabol 20 week cycle. I am 33 and nearly 300 lbs., so I was very worried about joints. This is my first time using npp (and ot if that's what's doing it) and it reminds me of those red wing boot commercials from a few years back. I got me a pair of metaphors! Now it's almost like I wonder how anyone runs without the right AAS!

You'd either have to be a fool or really know what the hell you are doing to run while on winny or tren.
The major problem I'm having is figuring out a regimen that combines the strength and running for optimal effect. I've been taking it easy on leg exercises in the gym hoping that the running combined with AAS will transform the legs to their liking.
So far I feel the best I've ever felt. I can train hard in gym and/or run a few miles a day and still have a hell of a lot of spring in my step the rest of the day. The legs seem to recover very fast for me while the upper body is feeling much more solid already. I'm starting to feel like a quick moving brick wall. Granted it's only one week in, but the short esters and especially oral t are doing their work nicely. At eight weeks, the eq should be kicking in and I'll be a powerlifting Forrest Gump and shit!
I take it from reading this board that no one is aware of any training plans for chemically enhanced runners. The runners seem far less sophisticated than weightlifters when it comes to the actual science, even not including AAS. I'm probably going to have to ad lib it possibly modifying existing plans according to how I feel. I got a Garmin Forerunner 305 with GPS, heart rate monitor, and foot pod. It's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I can download all the data onto my computer and analyze my runs.
