Soup choices

I live in the Southern Hemisphere and this time of year is winter in my country. Are temperatures get down into near zero Celsius which in Fahrenheit is around 32 degrees. it warms back up during the day but it's still pretty chilly. This is the time of year I like to eat soup. what are the most healthy soups that you like to nibble on to warm up

I like to do vegetable soups with egg, works good for me just toss in lots of veggies and boil

get some bones with marrow in them and slow cook them in a slow cooker in some broth for 2 days. then from there add in veggies.
