i dont really understand half of it

muscle growth..

i know it seems like a lot of cardio but i talked to the guy about and he said you need the cardio (physiological adaptation)
the guy who told me all that is only 20 years but he is FUCKING HUGE for a 20 year old so must know what he is talking about

and he said everyone who does like only 1 or 2 bodyparts a day. they are old schoolers lol

You need to design your own routine. . . something that works for you.

First, make a list of your goals and what are you striving to achieve.

Second, How many days are you willing to train. . 3-4?

Third, what are you eating/

I don't see the point of starting a program unless you know exactly what it is.

Most of all, KEEP IT SIMPLE!!

just because someone is HUGe doesn't mean he knows what is talking about or even that what he did would work for you.

he could be a product of his genetics.

there is no really such thing as the PERFECT routine for anyone, you need to see what is perfect for yourself. I mean look at the pro bodybuilders, just because you coudl follow their training regimen wouldn't make you like them.
