this friggin guy at work was out til 2:30 am drinking last night....came in all hung over and brought in a bag of possibly my favorite food ever....mickey d's breakfast. the guy started throwin around sausage mcmuffins as freely as the guy in the morning handing out free newspapers. i sat here and ate my eggwhites and oats.

i can guarentee my next cheat meal will be an egg mcmuffin

I can't eat those things... honestly they gross me out.

If I did love them for a cheat... i'd go for a triple! Can they do that... 3 egg style?
 
no, but the funny thing is i buy 3....and pile them on to 1 so i'm not completely killing myself slowly haha.
 
i haven't had a cheat meal like that in a loooong time. and i prob won't eat that crap for a long time....i just like to talk about it haha

maybe if i start my ckd diet i've been pondering i can fit it in there

you ever done ckd sarge? not sure if i remember reading that in your journal
 
I think have, unplanned though, lol... my dieting wasn't too strucured, just watched what I ate... had some low carb days in there, ect. "Took the slow boat to China" lol...but I'm pretty happy with my results and now how my body reacts to different foods, ect now... so when I need to diet some more I'll be prepared with my own toolchest full of stuff that works for ME :)

Experimentation bro.... is key. Try everything under the sun safely and see what works for you.
 
yeah i never done one before and i have been wanting to try...do 5 days high protein and fat and then 2 days of carbloading

how you think this looks?

mon-fri

meal 1 protein shake and fish oil

meal 2 5 whole eggs

meal 3 2 cheeseburgers without bun

meal 4 tuna w/ mayo

meal 5 2 cheesburgers without bun

meal 6 chicken, veggies

meal 7 2 scoops anpb


macros look like 270g pro 16g carbs 178 g fat

sat and sun

i'll interchange the beef with chicken
i'll take out alot of the fat and try to keep it less then 30g and switch with alot of oatmeal and alot of brown rice and alot of pasta

what you think bro? i need some sound advice

After I ate clean for about 3 months I couldnt even eat fast food anymore. Makes me sick to my stomach. Its those damn chinease buffets that kill me.
