This is the new weight set that I got from Sam's Club today. I am going to start working out as much as I can when I have time. I am pretty new to weight lifting and really only know the basic exercises.

If someone has time, it would be greatly appreciated if you can come up with a good work out plan with this set.

PLEASE.....;)

The machine looks pretty good. I am sure you can do pretty much most exercises that don't require special benches and equiptment. I am assuming this came with a barbell because it has a bench and safety rack.

Here some basic exercises that you can very clearly do with this machine:

Chest Presses, shoulder press [although it may be hard to get bar in front of head], lat pull downs [various grips], barbell curls, bent over rows, leg extensions, leg curls, squats, deads, push downs, skull crushers, narrow grip bench, ....

I would say that if you just use a little imagination, you can get most things done with a barbell and the machine you have. As far as "universal" style machines go, that looks pretty comprehensive.

As for a routine, depends on what you are going for, how long you have been lifting, stuff like that.

you could even do shit like tricep curls with that, put the pulldown bar on the curl pulley and just pull it up while laying on yer back. i used to do that on my weight bench, then i just started goin to a local club.
