Hey people of elite fitness,
Some college kid here coming across sarms-LGD for the 2nd time.
Will be posting random updates here and there just to keep a self diary in a way of how my cycle went.
This is a very lax log but would still love advice and complaints, love haters.
Currently at FSU, go noles, meet me at pots. So my diet will be restricted a tad bit. Will go something like,
Breakfast: bowl of cheerios w skim milk
Egg white omelette
Workout 1
Post WO: scoop gold standard whey
Lunch 1: 6-8 oz chicken breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread, veggie salad with 2-4 oz turkey with this scrambled egg white and yolk thing they have at my cafeteria.
Lunch 2/snack: 6-8 oz chicken breast in the veggie salad, green apple
Workout 2
Dinner: the same fucking veggie salad above
Before bed: 1-1 1/2 cull egg white or 6-8 oz chicken breast with spinach in room.
I am not getting back into counting calories as that put a lot of stress on my body image and have been way happier and have seen better results without it.
Training, once again very laid back on terms of schedule.
I workout twice a day don't hate, I just love to. I still set PRs and still see gains. I have a lot of free time and don't have a lot of stress. I'm young and I'm just gonna live my life.
My training style replicates Victor Costa on YouTube. Very present and focused, my form of clearing my mind.
Any suggestions please feel free to share, thanks homies
