Well I had 390 at 240 jacked up on creatine but that weight is n o good for me, I'm naturally 200 - 208 not judging by yesterdays massacre Bench Test which was not accurate I will be modest and say 335 max, thats no creatine , and about 203 bodyweight, but I could be wrong as I did not go into my Bench Test day properly, but lets be cautious and modest and say 335
don't say that bro....thats not a bad lift...my opinion..i wouldn't want my raw max to touch my chest,if you are touching your chest with what you bench raw,why where a shirt?being new to a shirt,i would say that would be a good place to start.nothing less than that for sure..
What do you mean you wouldnt want your raw max to touch your chest??? Are you talking when I have a shirt on? I dont have my shirt yet. Or do you mean if you did a raw bench you wouldnt let the bar touch your chest, I got a little confused here.
He is saying if you bench 335 raw when you put your shirt on 335 should be able to get to your chest at all. Dude i have been through so many denims it takes time to find the ONE. And how to size it right. Wear yours when you feel like you have more to offer then the shirt is giving you move up and sub tract another inch off the shoulders and 2 off the chest. If it is not right sell it and get another. Thats what i did. Hell i took all of 2001 to just up my bench. I still squat but until last week i havent really deadlifted since July. Getting my bench up was important and finding the right kind of shirt Just takes time.
Makes sense Jay, I'll give it a whirl, oh yeah when you say sell it, who do I sell it to? did you sell yours online or too some of your buddies, or can't I just get it resized for a minimal price from Inzer ? or is it not as good as gettign a new shirt? just curious?
Mike
You would be surprised that many of my traing partners in fl are all around the same size somewhat. Hell if there a little smaller i wear em so tight they fit well for em. And yes you can sell em on line. You would be surprised who will buy em. As far as getting them smaller you would need to send to only one person her name is Karen i dont have her number anymore but i am sure the mann does. She is the expert, inzer is fine but its not the same. Also one thing else since i go so tight i pop threads every time. So if you take your shirt to a shoe repair place they have really thick stiching that is better to use. Try it. It might save a blow out.
