on my Chicken once EOD. Want this to be a 'lifestyle' not a diet. So I have patience if this means lean mass and less fat will take longer.
However, I do stick to the super foods and restrict my carbs to, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice and yams only. I never have white except (flour and breadcrumbs lightly fried (olive oil) with chicken breasts every other day)
What are your thoughts on this?
