i take all the rebates...put down $10,000 or so plus whatever they hose me for on my trade, then i take my 890 credit score (and my wife's 880) and i go find my own damn financing...dealer usually finds someone that will beat it, though...we're paying 2.2% (minus another quarter for autodebit payments) on my wife's new ride and the debt is only like 12k so the payment is around $210/mo.
