My new gym only has Smith machines they don’t have squat racks and they don’t have free weight bench press.
They do have benches and they do have dumbbells. And they do have up to about 70 lbs with EZ bar curls and that sort of thing.
So basically I’m forced to use the Smith machine if I want to do a big squat or some heavy bench pressing. What is your thoughts on using these machines are you Pro or against?
