Triple superset. Chest decline press machine 3/4 stroke. 55 lb each side 12 reps. Close grip 35lb dumbells press 12 reps, half bosu ball pushups 12 reps.
Incline press machine 120-140lbs 12 rep
On floor dumbell chest press 45 lb 12 reps
45lb dumbbell pull over.
Cable machine high, low, mid reps 12
Pec dec 12 reps.
Land mine 65 lb center chess press standing.
Flat bench machine neutral grip 20 reps
90-120 lbs
