Trying to slow bulk I.g. bulk while gaining minimal fat. Because I can't stand gaining fat and have extreme fear of 6pack loss. I wasted about 4 mo. Slowly making gains and I mean slowly.
Started bulking for real now. It feels like I'm eating so fucking much but I'm still not overdoing it by far. Within the past mo. I've almost gained as much strength as I did in the past 4. Even if I have to cut, I''ll only be up about 8Ibs from what I started even if some how I've gained all this strength and all 8IBs of my weight gain are somehow fat thats still only like 4 weeks of good cutting. meaning in 2mo. I've made the progress of 4mo.
Screw that lean bulking Idea. Its more of a maintence thing.
Still have to keep fighting the urge to cutup. Want to add either 4 more IBs or bulk till the end of this month (gotta leave time for summer prep). Trying not to crack and slow down my eating for fear of excess fat gain. Its just soo much more productive. I fell into the trap of being one of the pansies that is afraid to lose his abs and put on fat while bulking and ended up running in circles.
