Sleepy workouts..

I always have them.. everytime I do something I spend 5 minutes yawning. The other problem I have is frequent insomnia, so I am loath to take anything that will keep me awake... I cant even drink coffee after 8pm.

What do you recommend?
 
Take zma before bed and a fat burner before ur workout. u should sleep better and workout more intensely and try not to work out to late in the evening.

I'm the same way if I work out after work or in the eve. Since you have insomnia, try working out first thing in the AM. I get up between 4 and 5 AM, pop a fat burner and hit the gym. I found I get a much better workout, and can actually fall asleep at night easier.

Give it a shot, it's tough at first, but, after a few weeks it'll feel like you've been doing it all your life...

ok try a little eca's before training just a few times a week so ur body dont get used to it. as far as bedtime- here is spoofer j's double stack--- a few melatonin pills, followed by rubbing one out!! u will be sleeping like a king!!:D
