i just got mine today and i love it, its prolly 2'x2' w/6 front lip and maybe 20" plate loader and painted bright yellow and black to match my yoke

tomorow i'm gonna try it out by hookin to my belt and running up the levee with it and bringing farmers down, then maybe run w/it and farmers in ea hand. cant wait to try it. it's only 105lbs dry.

I just got back from my first run with mine today. It feels good. I did upper body tonight and I can see how this will help get my sorry ass in shape. Mines roughly 45lbs dry. I'm looking forward to lower body day.
