I have been skipping every morning for 20 minutes, and I've built up to that, I started originally doing 3 sets of 3 minutes with 1 minute breaks in between, then started to do 15 every morning, now I'm at 20, I will soon go for 25 I think, then try doing 15 minutes 1 minute break, then go a full 30 minutes continuously.. it really works well, and I usually can even listen to music while doing it or watch the tv.
