Skipping breakfast?

I am a big fan of omlettes for breakfast as well if I have the time. Lately I have been having 3 hard boild omega eggs. If I do morning cardo I make kick as shake with 2 scope of needto's cinnamon bun protein and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. I have no idea how people could skip breakfast like the first thing I think when I get up is coffee then I am hungry. LOL

Just a followup on my post back in the spring... I have INCREASED the size of my breakfast, and I lost more body fat and have gained 5 lbs lean muscle. I have also added more whey shakes during the day on workout days. On non-gym days, I will sometimes eat lunch late and skip dinner, but I will have a whey shake about 4 hours before bed so as not to wake up hungry in the middle of the night.

i think exercise in the morning on a empty stomach is good to burn fat and it has not kept me from adding muscle...i just make sure after my workout I take a protein supplement and eat a good breakfast usually within an hour of finishing my workout!!
