I am a big fan of omlettes for breakfast as well if I have the time. Lately I have been having 3 hard boild omega eggs. If I do morning cardo I make kick as shake with 2 scope of needto's cinnamon bun protein and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. I have no idea how people could skip breakfast like the first thing I think when I get up is coffee then I am hungry. LOL
