where can i find information about meets in my area and records for weightclasses and ages?

In general, go to the main federation websites... find the links to individual state branches of the federations, and those websites will have the records you're looking for. A lot of the links are old or wrong though. So I've found a lot more stuff by just going to google.com and searching "wisconsin powerlifting" or "minnesota powerlifting" for example. Then you can find most of the state's PLing resoures by checking the links on any of the pages that come up.
