Your chest sucks, I have the same problem as you! My chest sucks as well! No matter what I do with it, Dumbels, Barbel no matter what. I train them good just like other body parts.

For me it's just a genetic thing, I guess i'm stuck with it.

I think your chest just looks that way because the rest of you makes it look smaller. It doesnt look bad at all, it's just a little disproportioned.
