Dude get rid of the peanut butter sandwiches in the morning and substitute it with 1/2 oz of original oatmeal mixed with 1 tbsp of npb. I would bump up my egg up to 10-12 egg whites in the morning if you want to put on weight.bivk said:I pretty much do the same. I sit at home and eat all day (thank god im self employed). All the price you pay to gain weight right? It takes alot of mental and physical strength to go through this type of abuse on your body.
Here's the breakdown of my diet:
breakfast:
4 whole eggs
2 peanut butter sandwiches
1 glass of milk
an hour later:
yogurt
a half an hour after that:
detour bar
an hour after that:
4 scoops of n-large w/ milk
i sleep..
than i eat whatever i can get my hands on.. any types of food i completely kill.
than an hour later:
another n large shake
etc..
before i sleep:
n-large shake, whey protein, and milk
yogurt
And like the guys said above you got too many shake in there man to be gaining weight. You need real food. If you want something fast and easy just go to the store and pick you up a shit load of low sodium Fat Free turkey breast made by Boars Head. Eat 7 oz of turkey breast with 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1/2 oz of cashews and that will be a nice clean healthy meal for you that will put lbm on you.
