Body Fat: 15%
First cycle: 18 weeks
1-4: Dbol 30 mg/day
1-10: Test c 500mg/w
10-18: Test c 250 mg eod (825 mg/w)
10-16: Tren Ace 100 mg eod (350 mg/w)
No adex (e2 was good), no caber, everything was good, a lot of muscle and pounds, no big sides from tren, more sides from orals (appetite loss and anxiety)
I don't do pct, i do blast and cruise at 250 mg/w, and hcg 250 ui twice a week
So i am cruising for 2 months (july, august)
Goal:
Preparing a show in April 2019. So i have 8 months to prepare.
Diet:
5000 kcal per day for first 12 weeks (bulk) then decrease kcals by 200 every week
50 % carbs, 25 % protein, 25 % fat
Training Routine:
Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Abs and cardio
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Back
Cycle (second Blast):
Injectables AAS:
S 1-32 : Tri Test 500 mg/w
S 1-32 : Equipoise 500 mg/w
S 1-16: Deca 500 mg/w with a Frontload
S 16-32: Masteron E 400 mg/w
S 16-28: Trenbolone E 400 mg/w
S 28-32: Winstrol 50 mg/day
Orals:
S 1-3 : Anadrol 50 mg/day and in mid cycle if needed
S 1-16 : Proviron 25 mg/day
S 16-32 : T3 50 mcg/day
S deficit-32 : Clenbuterol , 2 weeks on/off, pyramidal, staring from 40 mcg/day
Growth and peptides :
S 1-32+ : Hgh 6 ui/day
S 1-32 : Igf-1 DES 100 mcg/day 4 weeks on/off
S 1-20: Slin between 5 ui and 10 ui, post workout, 4 weeks on/off
