Yep that's right I did shoulders on 4/4 and put up some decent numbers
Military dumbells 60x10, 75x8,85x8,90x8 those 90's were a bitch to get them to my shoulders
lateral raises 35x10, 35x10,
reverse flyes 35x10, 35x10
Close-grip bench 185x8, 225x8, 245x8 these were nice and easy got into a nice groove.
pushdowns with 120x10, 120x10 nice and easy just going for good form
