A few weeks back, i looked here for answers to my left shoulder having a terrible pain when flat benching or doing dips. For my 5x5 I only did inclines, because they felt fine with the shoulder, and have done them for 3 straight weeks. Today just as a side note to my legs workout, I decided to try the flat bench just for a few singles to see how the shoulder felt...and it felt great with only a slight pain AFTER i was done benching. I think im going to stick to inclines as my primary for 3 or so more weeks to make sure its 100% when i flat again, think this'll be good?
