Glutamine boosts your immune system and improves recovery time. It should be taken right after you workout and before you go to bed.

P pact New member Aug 19, 2001 #13 if you dump the ripped fuel, definately up the creatine (a lot) 700mg is not much at all. try 5000mg (5g) a day after your workout.
