should I do more high carb days with carb cycling?

well I am 5 foot 8 196 pounds...the lowest I ever been since carb cycling is 191 pounds...I dont know my fat % but I can see my upper abs when I flex but when am not than its flat....I been doing high/low/mod/low/high repeat I do cardio on my low days and lift on high/mod days
I read somewhere that the less fat u have the more high carb days u need....is that true?
I was thinking of doing high/low/high/low since all my lifting days is intense lifting and maybe mod once a week on abs and shoulder days
I am currently eating 1700 cal a day since the lowest I been in 191 pounds and haven't had any problems I am actually getting stronger but my weight keeps going up and down

also yesterday I blew it after my friend came over and had tons of hashish....we smoked all night...it was my second day of low carb with 20 minute cardio each...I did alright and kept my diet in check...but than I woke up in the middle of the night walking towards the kitchen like a zombie and ate a box of apples with tons of carbs from everywhere and now I weigh 196 :(
 
Im no expert, but i'll give my opinion since no one else has. Like anything else though, its really a matter of finding what works for YOU. With that being said, ive always found that going low cal for two days, and then up on the third works incredibly well for me when im at a low bf and wanna go lower. 1700cals should definitely be low enough for your low days. Probably too low. But try it first. Go 1700 for two days, and then way up the third. Obviously you should be doing hiit cardio frequently as well. Try that for 2 weeks and see what happens. Good luck

I forgot to mention I am cursing right now with test e at 250 a week and been for a few weeks
I want to start a cycle of high dose of primo for 20-25 weeks and throw in tren on the last 8-9 weeks with stanazol and anavar also but its gonna take me a few more moths till I have everything so am just gonna keep cruising and taper the test down more till it gets to 125mg every week

right now am not seeing dramatic results with fat loss but I do look better than when I was on high doses of test and also am actually getting stronger specially on my legs

before I started carb cycling I use to increase my calories and eat everything when I wanted to bulk and get stronger and would lift heavy with low reps...right now when I started carb cycling I noticed that my lifts keeps going up even on low calories and with high reps...this never happened before...I never gotten stronger from high reps...so it was like chasing my own tail...bulk bulk bulk and get fat and than cut cut cut and loose muscle

so do u think if I keep doing what am doing while crusing and keep getting stronger with high reps while maintaining or even better loosing weight ...will it be easier for me to get to single digits when I start the cycle?
BTW I dont know what HIIT means but I maxed out the elliptical machine and now I just jog instead
 
I think your taking enough test now to at least hold your muscle while cutting. So i would say, try to get most of the bodyfat off now before you start your next blast so that you wont have to restrict calories during the blast and thus hinder the results you could get by eating more while blasting. However, i still dont think its good to bulk up too much during a blast either, because then you stay in that vicious cycle of gaining/losing fat and having to do hard cuts after every cycle. So id say keep cutting now, so that when you start your blast you will be able to raise your cals a little without gaining fat.

my next blast is gonna be a long blast to get the most out of primo so am just gonna keep carb cycling with the same amount of cal till I throw the tren in than I might increase the cal a little bit but will still keep carb cycling....if I get to a very low digit than I will throw in dball instead of the stanazol if I dont than I will take stanazol and decrease calories and more cardio
