The Resistance
Start off by saying thanks Dylan. He helped me put together my very first AAS cycle. I've been meaning to share my results but just been busy. Having my first baby girl any day now.
Anyways, stats before my cycle
6ft 31yrs old 225 lbs 15%BF
After
205 lbs 8% maybe high 8's very low 9- need to pull out calipers but have visible 6 pack (haven't had 6 pack since the 6th grade!)
Im most fired up about my six pack. Ive been training for about 12 or 13 years. Always been able pack on mass, but always have had a problem with lower ab area. This is what prompted me to give AAS a shot. Ive always been one of the bigger guys in the gym with 18inch arms, but I love to be out on the water and was always embarrassed of my mid section. More me in my own head then anything else but you guys know how it is.
Anyways I felt as if I really plateaued..I started to get my diet dialed in, but still needed that extra boost. I want to look like a Michael Angelo statue- not bulky and massive, but lean and mean. Put it this way, if the movie 300 has a part 2, im trying be one of the guys in movie... "Sparta!!!!" Lol.
So with that being said I knew that if I went on a calorie deficit, I would shed weight for sure. My maintenance is about 2600 to 3000 cal, and I was probably taking in about 1700. Now I know im going to be criticized about my calories but I know my body after all of these years, and I dont need all of these calories to stay intense with my workouts. And I definitely dont need a sh!t load of protein either. I would eat about 7x a day, with my only fat source really coming from almonds and such. Really lean meats and beef.
Training consisted of one muscle group a day, jump rope in between sets, 6 days a week, and legs twice a week. Gains in all areas went up and bodyfat melted off. I also started to incorporate running during the cycle. midway though the day I would go workout, and then early evening go run.
My cycle consisted of:
1-10 Test Prop 100mg EOD
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
5-12 Anavar 80mg ED
5-12 N2 Guard
5-8 HCGenerate
9-10 500ui
11-12 1000ui
PCT
Clomid 25/25/25/25
Methyl EAA
Test Infusion
Ostarine 25mg ED
Now everything was all good throughout my entire cycle-pinning EOD got old, but loved the results I was getting. Prop shinned for sure giving me a hard, but full look, with no water retention. Which is why I chose prop. I had a little pip throughout the process but nothing I couldnt deal with.
Anavar was awsome as well. Got super vascular and towards the end, my workouts hurt to do because is felt like my muscles were tearing through my skin. I just remember not being able to finish sets or run that effective. I kept thinking, I look great right now, but if I was to get in fight I would be gased inseconds. My shoulders would always get a major latic acid build up if that makes sense. I think it helped in terms of burning fat, but for the money, I feel there is prob other compounds that will produce similar results.
All in all I had a great run. And more then happy with the results. Still lean, and haven't lost any strength or muscle mass. Currently 2 weeks past PCT and getting bloods done on Monday to make sure im on track.
