Sally....you QWNED each of those poses.
One of the ltwt girls looks good but you are:
1 - Denser
2 - More symmetrical
3 - Have better overall conditioning.....her abs are her best bodypart and STILL not as good as yours.
....during the posedown - ignore her - stay center stage and make her come to you.
that will be perceived as weakness on her part(and it will be).
She will try to compare abs with you.....thats fine....when she does do the quad wiggle and hit the pose.....that will draw the attention away from her BEST bodypart(still not as good as yours) and to her WORST bodypart(legs).
Slam Dunk.......throw a most muscular in there as well at least once during the posedown.....no friggin way she can compete with that.
Remeber those two things and it will not be close
