Back
- Seated pulley rows with Rope- 4x25, 75lbs
-Underhand barbell rows- 4x10, 80lbs
-GIANT SET, 3x15: Underhand pulldown 80lbs, Hammer strength Low row 70lbs, stiff arm pulldown, 30lbs
-Lat pulldowns- 4x15, 80lbs

Followed by HIIT circuit. For the first time ever I had to stop before I was done and take a break, got real dizzy and such. Hmmmm. Other than that, was a good workout. Really working hard.
 
Shoulders
- Cable lateral raises- 4x25 reps, 10lbs
- Seated DB or Military press 3x10 reps, 35lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15- Reverse pec deck 60lbs, DB side lateral raise 15lbs, front raise 15lbs
- Machine press- 4x15, 70lbs

Followed by steady state cardio. Decided to listen to my body, went with LISS instead of my usual HIIT

Coach said he might be taking me off keto...hmm! Gonna do some conservative carb cycling looks like. Also adding a T3 dose before bedtime. Other than that, no changes
 
Arms
- Rope pressdowns- 4x25, 55lbs
- Overhead DB extensions- 3x10, 20lbs
- GIANT SET, 3x15- Straight bar pressdowns 100lbs, skull crushers 55lbs, machine dips
- One arm underhand pressdowns- 4x15, 35lbs

- Standing cable curls- 4x25, 50lbs
- Alternating DB curls- 3x10, 30lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15- Barbell curls 60lbs, machine curls 50lbs, incline curls 20lbs
- Concentration curls- 3x15, 20lbs

Followed by HIIT circuit

Was in a 'fuck this why am I doing this' mood thanks to low carbs...so I kicked my ass extra good. Didn't leave til my white shirt was see-through. Boom!
 
Today was my rest day...did fasted cardio this AM

Enjoying this new diet. Good stuff. Feel super full and tight today.
 
Legs
- Leg extensions- 4x25, 60lbs
-Squats- 4x10, 115lbs
-GIANT SET 3x15: Lying Ham curl 90lbs, Hack squat 160lbs, Leg press 180lbs
- Single leg leg extensions- 4x15, 50lbs

Followed by treadmill
 
Chest
- Pec Deck- 4x25, 60lbs
- Incline Barbell- 3x10, 100lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15: Incline DB press 40lbs, Decline DB fly 30lbs, Hammer strength incline 70lbs
- Cable crossovers- 4x15, 54lbs

Followed by HIIT circuit
