So I was working out my legs on saturday, and usually when I do lunges, my legs are pretty sore for a few days afterwards. However, today my quads are burning quite a bit and my right shin is killing me. It was pretty hard just to walk to class, but I really don't want to skip doing cardio today. Any suggestions about some workouts I can do or is there any way to relieve some of the pain. If i just lift for an hour will that be alright if i just didn't do my cardio for the day
