Shedding fat in days with Cabbage Soup!!

Hi,

There's a good diet for those people who want to lose fat quickly in a couple of weeks. You do lose a hell of a lot of fat. Unfortunately you do also lose a little muscle in the process!

Not for everyone. But if you are carrying a few pounds and want to slim up quickly, then you might want to give it a try. Its called the cabbage soup diet.

It relies on eating a lot, but taking in very few calories. Just worth making a note of if you like to eat and want to shed some pounds quickly.

The Cabbage Soup Recipe

6 large green onions
2 green peppers
2 cans of tomatoes (chopped or whole)
3 carrots
1 container of mushrooms (say about 10 oz)
1 bunch of celery
Half a head of cabbage
1 or two stock cubes (chicken or beef)
Seasonings - curry powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper or parsley (whatever you like to taste)

This diet contains virtually no fat or calories at all and is a good way of quickly sheding a bit of blubber so that you can see those muscles as they grow.

One thing that you should note is that this diet should only be undertaken for a week or so and preferably with some kind of vitamin, mineral and protein supplements. You may become light-headed at times whilst on this diet.

LOL .... any jackass can get a website, huh?

If you knew your head from your ass, you would know that too few calories, like this diet, will cause SERIOUS muscle catabolism. It is extremely hard to lose fat when you reduce your muscle mass by staring yourself of calories.

No reason to shove yourself full of cabbage soup, when if you eat a clean diet of normal foods you will lose fat just as easily.

Get lost, spammer.
 
yeah, didn't you all hear, this is a special nutrient in cabbage that when made into soup, it causes instant FAT LOSS!
 
I had a guy at work do this. 300lb guy was telling me the benefits of the cabbage diet. He had to eat like 5 heads of cabbage per day he told me. I think he was on it for 3 days before he gave that up hehe--I love fad diets and people that strongly defend them and give it up like 3 days after.
 
Guys!

I did say the diet causes loss of muscle and is not for everyone!! It does cause you to shed a lot of fat though. I actually speak from experiance on that one. And yeh you feel weak and a more long-term steady diet is far healthier.

Something only to do if you are carrying quite a bit of fat and want to lose it quickly.....

I am going to create the eat sand diet. It may cause a little loss of muscle, but it works!!!
 
The whole point is that you don't get hungry because you can eat all that you want. And spice it any way that you want for taste.

It is only a temporary thing!

But anyways. Thats me done. As I say not for everyone And certainly not for any long-term use.
