I know this has been discussed plenty of times before but I (and I'm sure others do as well) receive emails talking about gear or asking for a source from accounts such as yahoo, aol, and hotmail. An elite or ziplip (I think) account is free so all newbies should get themselves a secure account. It makes everyone feel a lot safer.....

Not only that, using your screen name on Elite as your Elite addy lets the person your emailing know who you are. I only like to talk about sensitive issues with people that I know have been on the board awhile.

Excellent point. If you've got like 3 posts don't start asking for sources.....

I don't know about that. I've been on this board for a while and have been reading it for even longer. I got jack shit for posts, because with my relatively little experience I only comment on shit I know. That way a newbie won't just receive a bunch of answers which have been perpetuated through the boards whether they're right or not.

I think it's pretty funny when a dude who hasn't done ANY cycles will spout off about this or that because that's what he's seen around. Too many bad rumors and misinformation start this way. Especially bad for those newbies unwilling to do the months of research this shit requires..

Good point. I should have elaborated. If you've got like 3 posts and registered in Apr 2002 don't start asking for sources. People can also look at when a person registered to see if they've been around. Obviously number of posts and registration date is a poor way to judge someone but it's all we have.....
