Damn girl! You have made some major progress! You look very lean and hard....bicpes are great, your back is awesome...even your lower back is coming out really nice.
Obviously you hold more fat in the lower body, but I think that will come off with diet and cardio. It will just be last to go. Mine is the lower abs.
The one thing that I would really work on if I were you is the chest. That's the one thing that stood out to me when I looked at your photos. You could really pack on some more size there.
So when are you going to compete missy?

Thanks, bg! You know, I put up 45's on incline db press / 25's on flat db flies. My chest is always sore after training it. I'm at a loss as to what to do. My arms can't handle any more weight than that at the moment ...... hmmmmmm ...... I'm open for suggestions :)

I would say devote an entire workout to your chest if it's something that you really want to work on. Maybe you should try some different exercises. Do you ever bench? I think that's gotta be the best mass exercise for chest.
I've been working out with my boyfriend and his friend once a week to do chest. It's my favorite, and my chest is getting super strong. You could check out my log for ideas.

I bench (smith and free), incline db press, flat db press, flat db flies and rarely use any machines ..... sigh.......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
