it contains
10 grams creatine mono
75 grams dextrose
plus glutes and other stuff

can anyone shed some limore light on this product
it was pretty cheap too 19 bucks for 4 pounds

I used this product and it is definetely the best 3rd generation creatine around for the money. This is the first time I bought a product and didnt fill ripped off.
