Another product I think deserves some attention, or atleast a review, is Nutrabolics's A2E arginine akg product. It keeps me pumped constantly. No matter which workout I do I feel I have worked out my whole upper body. As for weight gain I need to test my bf since I am cutting but damn, best legal supp I have ever used.

What flavor EAS Myoplex Deluxe do you drink?

I've tried strawberry and chocalate. Both taste horrible. I used ice and water to make them. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there aren't many choices for the deluxe. That being said, the deluxe is the only Myoplex worth a damn due to its better CHO ingredients. It doesn't use crappy high GI carbs like maltodextrin.
